Lights must be turned off every time you leave the loft. - At the exit of the loft there are containers where you can throw away waste, please do so at the time of check out and as many times as necessary. - Checking in outside the hours established on the platform will have a charge of USD 20 per reservation, as it involves additional costs. Payment is made through the platform. - Stains on towels, sheets and padding (makeup, oil, wine, etc.), which can be avoided by using them with the corresponding care, imply the necessary replacement of them for use by the following guests. The claim and collection will be made through the platform's resolution center. -To enter the patio frim the street, before reaching the loft you must climb 6 steps. To enter the loft you go down a step and then, Inside the loft you go down 4 steps. To access the bedroom, bathroom and work area on the upper floor of the loft, you must climb an iron spiral staircase with a handrail. - Only guests are allowed to stay at the property.
